Concessions
Concession stands are located throughout the arena concourse and are accessible for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair accessible countertops are located at the concession stands behind the following sections: 101, 102, 110, 115, 116, & 120.

Guest Relations
Upon request, Reunion Arena provides Guest Relations. Booths on the concourse to assist guests with various services. A Guest Relations Representative will be on location throughout the event to assist guests with questions, provide information on upcoming events, and much more to include:

-Visitor Guides provided by Dallas Convention and Visitors' Bureau
-Listing of local restaurants, hotels, hospitals
-Lost Child Program
-Hearing Impaired Listening Devices
-Public Transportation listings for DART, Amtrak, Taxi's

 

Seating
There are several seating areas throughout Reunion Arena that accommodate our guests with disabilities. These areas are provided in Sections 101, 108, 114, 115, 116, 120, and 122. Additional seating for guests with disabilities and companions may be located in the floor sections when seats are sold in these areas. All seating is subject to change depending on the arena seating configurations for various events.

First Aid
The First Aid Room is located on the concourse at Section 121 and is staffed during every event at Reunion Arena. Certified professionals are available to provide assistance with any medical needs our guests may have. Guests in need of first aid may contact the nearest Reunion Arena employee for assistance.

Telephones
Volume-enhanced telephones are available on the concourse at Sections 109 & 123. Additional public telephones are also available at Exits 2 & 13.

Automatic Teller Machines
Permanent automatic teller machines are located on the concourse at Exits 2 and 12.
