Folsom Room Along with its beautifully spacious wood grain table, the Folsom Room provides an ideal atmosphere for successful production meetings and conferences. The Folsom Room is also an area for catered functions for the client and their guests, it is located on the Mezzanine Level.

VIP Rooms Impressive art collections and versatile space makes this one of the most comfortable lounge and is conveniently located next to Media Dining.

Hospitality Room From business meetings to in-depth production meetings, you'll find an environment that encourages you to focus clearly on the task at hand. A kitchenette is also adjacent to the Production Office. There is a separate Media Room (1,500 sq.ft), which has capabilities for multiple telephone combination hookups.  Each meeting room is fully carpeted and equipped with: -Comfortable accommodations -Glare-resistant and indirect lighting -Its own climate control -Monitors in the rooms provide a live feed of your event

Dressing Rooms
All dressing rooms are located on the lower level of the facility. Reunion Arena has star dressing rooms, vented for maximum airflow and fully furnished with private restroom facilities. The rooms are restricted to the public druing the events, backstgage passes or credentials are required for access to the areas.

The Lower Level Lounge
The Lower Level Lounge is a full service concession and restroom area located on the lower level. The lounge is open during many concerts, meetings and family shows.
